personality:
If you're near the Gwangju transplant, chances are you'll hear him (or of him) before you see him. He's loud, he's hyper, he seems to have no concept of shame. Flirting comes naturally to him, to the point that he doesn't always realize he's doing it. He can also be fiercely competitive, but a good sport, particularly when it comes to his passion for dance.

Despite what may make him seem like a stupid party animal, he has a surprising timid side, and is caring to a fault. A total den mother, he's the type to nag people to take their vitamins and wash their dishes, and he never fails to check in on a new pledge if they've been hazed.
Bio:
Hoseok's life had never been that interesting. He was a cheerful kid from a middle class family in Gwangju, who had never been attractive or rich enough to be particularly interesting. He made up for it with a bright attitude and a heart-shaped smile, and more energy than anyone knew how to handle. It was when he started middle school that things slowly began to change.

Learning dance became more than lessons and practicing with a dance crew scraped together by school friends. It became a passion for Hoseok in a way nobody could have anticipated, and he was good at it. The attention was a drug to him, and left him seeking his next fix. By the time he entered high school he was returning late after curfew, having taken up dancing at the subway station with his crew for change after school.

After an uneventful year off after high school, he had gotten bored. He wanted adventure. Of course, he was having fun, and in between part time jobs he had continued to refine his dance skills. He even added other talents to his repertoire, such as dabbling in singing, dance, and even pantomime. But subway stations weren't enough; he wanted a bigger playground. He wanted to go to Seoul.

There was only one way his family would let him go with their blessing... And of course, that was to go to university. While he had never expected to get into a school like Yonsei, the acceptance letter to the performing arts program that he brought home with a blinding grin earned hugs and kisses from proud parents, and a ticket to the big time for Jung Hoseok... he hoped.

University provided a challenge Hoseok had never experienced before, and although he stayed as bubbly and excitable as before, this time his energies were focused on something he loved. Although he had to build himself a new reputation in the larger city, he threw himself into his studies and continued to dance underground. Making a name for himself caught the attention of one of his dance club sunbae from Kappa Alpha Order, which he rushed in his first year.

Admittedly, he didn't take the hazing as well as some people, and wound up crying himself to sleep in his dorm room after his initiation. Despite feeling more than a little shaken, he hasn't regretted the decision, and as the school year ended he decided to spend the summer in Seoul. Where better to dance and party his hot days and nights away?
